The MTM medium speed trapezoidal grinding machine (Raymond mill) draws on the classic hanging roller design of Raymond mill and innovatively changes the spring connection structure, which not only avoids the loss of large materials on the spindle and bearings during the operation of the mill, but also increases the grinding pressure of the grinding rollers on the materials, thereby increasing the output.

Lower power consumption, higher economic benefits

Under ideal working conditions, the MTM medium speed trapezoidal mill (Raymond mill) has a unit throughput energy consumption of 1.02 kWh/t and a new feed unit energy consumption of 1.48 kWh/t, respectively, which is more than 60% lower than the energy consumption required for ball milling of the same level, effectively reducing production and operating costs.

Adopting blade type energy-saving fan for higher efficiency

Working principle

After the large block material is crushed to the required particle size by the jaw crusher, it is sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then uniformly and continuously fed into the main grinding room for grinding by the electromagnetic vibration feeder. The ground material is sent into the powder selection machine by the fan airflow for classification. Under the action of the powder selection machine impeller, materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall into the grinding chamber for re grinding. Materials that meet the fineness requirements enter the cyclone powder collector through the pipeline for separation and collection, and are discharged through the discharge device to obtain the finished powder. The separated airflow enters through the upper return air duct of the cyclone powder collectorFan. This system belongs to a closed-loop system and operates under positive and negative pressure.Due to the presence of a certain amount of moisture in the material being ground in the grinding chamber, the heat generated during grinding can cause the gas inside the grinding chamber to evaporate and expand, changing the system's air flow rate. In addition, the sealing problem of the inlet and the joints of various pipelines causes the entry of external air, resulting in the loss and imbalance of gas in the system. Therefore, the excess gas is introduced into the bag filter through the exhaust pipe valve set at the fan outlet, and purified before being discharged, achieving environmentally friendly production while adjusting the system's air flow balance.
