Working principle
After the large block material is crushed to the required particle size by the jaw crusher, it is sent to the storage hopper by the elevator, and then uniformly and continuously fed into the main grinding room for grinding by the electromagnetic vibration feeder. The ground material is sent into the powder selection machine by the fan airflow for classification. Under the action of the powder selection machine impeller, materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall into the grinding chamber for re grinding. Materials that meet the fineness requirements enter the cyclone powder collector through the pipeline for separation and collection, and are discharged through the discharge device to obtain the finished powder. The separated airflow enters through the upper return air duct of the cyclone powder collectorFan. This system belongs to a closed-loop system and operates under positive and negative pressure.
